No attorney-client relationship is created by using our services.
If you require legal advice, legal interpretation, or representation before immigration authorities, you should consult a licensed immigration attorney or an accredited representative recognized by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ/EOIR).
3. No Government Affiliation
Inmigralink is not affiliated with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Department of State, or any other government agency.
All immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities.
4. Accuracy and Responsibility
We assist clients by preparing and submitting information based on the data provided to us.
Clients are responsible for reviewing all forms for accuracy and confirming that the information they provide is truthful and complete.
Submitting false or inaccurate information to the U.S. government may result in denial of applications or immigration penalties.
5. Fees and Government Costs
Our service fees cover only the assistance provided by Inmigralink.
Government filing fees, lottery fees (if any), or other official charges are separate and must be paid directly to the appropriate government agency.
6. Refund Policy
Once services have begun or forms have been submitted, fees may be partially or fully non-refundable, depending on the stage of work completed.
Government fees are never refundable.
7. Client Acknowledgment
By using Inmigralink’s services, clients acknowledge that they understand:
